If you wish to book lactation support or a doula consultation immediately, you may do so below! There are no refunds for directly booked services. If a consultation needs to be cancelled you can reschedule at no additional cost.

For insurance covered lactation support fill out and submit the Cigna Coverage Pre-Approval Form or the Non-Cigna Coverage Pre-Approval Form. All home visits covered by insurance are subject to a $50.00 fee that must be fulfilled by 8:00 AM on your appointment day.
